You can seek support through the available communication channels and get advice or practical help with problems.

When it comes to questions or problems of a technical nature, written communication channels should be preferred. First, it allows you to provide accurate information, copy service messages or error messages. Secondly, it allows you to add files, in particular images (screens, photos, etc.). In addition, the correspondence is saved, it is impossible to forget it or mix up something.
