Firstly, it is much, many times cheaper with us. We pay for the license “in bulk”, so we offer a much more loyal pricing policy than you can get from the developer directly.

Secondly - the developer is not engaged in the installation of sites or, especially, hosting services.

Third, the developer's template is provided “as is”, without additional language plugins or other necessary components, we - all in a package.

Fourth, the developer's support, although fast and qualified, but only in English, and only by e-mail.

What is included in the installation kit?

First, the site itself, on which WordPress is installed; the template (theme) Astra; your chosen layout; and a set of additional plugins (which cannot be obtained separately for free), which are provided for the chosen layout. Secondly, if your site will be multilingual, you will need a very advanced language plugin from TOP, the language plugin Polylang (free version), and a set of additional plugins that provide full multilingually for your site. Thirdly, a set of caching and SEO plugins is necessary for any website.

What am I paying for when I order from you?

If you have chosen a layout for which the developer is free, you pay only for the services of installing the site, template, layout and a set of plugins—a one-time fee. If you have chosen the layout category Pro-, which by definition requires the purchase of a license (for the template itself and paid plugins in the set), then, in addition to services, you also pay the cost of licenses for paid products, whether one-time for perpetual use or with annual renewal.

Is support free?

Both yes and no - depending on the level.

If, for example, your question requires providing you with a link to the relevant manual or a short consultation - yes, free of charge.

It is the same in a community - any member of it, on a voluntary basis, has the right to help you for free.

If the problem is related to the developer and requires his intervention - this is also free of charge for six months from the date of license purchase; in the case of purchasing premium support, there is no extra charge.

If the problem you address requires substantial time and labor, such support is provided either on a one-time order basis or as part of an annual support subscription. Such subscriptions also provide for different levels of complexity and labor intensity, but in any case - do NOT assume that the support team will do the work for a nominal fee instead of the site owner. Serious work - a separate order.

You can order a turnkey site. From you - general wishes, the structure of the site, texts (or sketches of texts), and images (or wishes on images). The rest we will do ourselves.elves.

In any case, this is already the subject of a separate discussion and agreement.

You indicate your desires, we discuss and agree on the terms of reference, cost, and then perform what is agreed.

What about site promotion (SEO)?

As well as turnkey work - subject to separate discussion and agreement.

If we work with your site “turnkey” - basic SEO is implied automatically. But basic - it is NOT the output in the top, on the first or second page of the search results.

Here it will not be superfluous to indicate that serious work on site promotion (SEO) is a work for several months, quite labor-intensive, requiring qualifications, the participation of several specialists of different profiles; hence - by no means cheap.
